Puppet Master: Clayr
Character Name: Macsen Nuada
Character Age: 21
Gender: Male
Rank: Merchant
Hair: Macsen prefers to keep his dark brown hair a manageably short length.
It
Eyes: Macsen's eyes are dark brown. He usually makes direct eye contact
with
people of equal or lesser status, but gets mildly nervous around those of higher
class and doesn't look directly at them.
Build: Mild stature; not short, not tall. Since he is still young, he
is fit,
though not entirely muscular. As he gets older, he will most likely develop the
"
beer belly" associated with all older male members of his family.
Face: Pleasantly handsome, though he isn't usually noticed right away.
He looks
very ordinary, but upon closer viewing, he borders on handsome. His nose is wide
and short, and his face is long.
Dress: When working at his family's brewery, he'll don grubby clothes.
When
venturing out in public, he'll wear nicer attire, though not quite as fine as
a
noble's dress. At parties, he will wear some of the Amaranthian jewels, but he
doesn't have a whole lot of them.
Personality: Macsen is very polite, even to servants. Sometimes he is
a bit
fidgety and has a hard time standing still for long periods of time. He prefers
to stay out of the disputes between the nobles and the rebels. Is pretty docile,
and avoids trouble as best as he can.
Talents: Has an adept hand for brewing beer. He is also relatively intelligent.
He enjoys having a good time, so he's a decent dancer, even after a few mugs
of
beer.
Faults: Can exhibit a short attention span at times. Fidgety. Drinks
a little
too much, sometimes. Gets a little nervous, and might appear bumbling to higher
class people because of this.
History: Macsen's family has lived in Barley for a long period of time.
In the
fertile farming area, they established their own brewery, "Nuada Brewery." The
brewery originally catered only to the family bar, but the beer became popular,
so they expanded, and made a modest amount of money. Madsen is the heir to
this
brewery. (Also, I don't think they make enough money to be nobles. Just
usually lies neatly on his head, though when he's working, its state of
up keeping diminishes.
merchants.)
